Cancel an order or change an order
An order can be canceled up to a business day prior to the date of delivery without cancellation fees at all. Beyond this range, orders can't be canceled.
Cancellation of an order will be done by e-mail and must be confirmed by telephone with the office of New Line Company 03-6439330. The payment will be returned to its owner in the same means of payment as it paid. If the equipment is already loaded for carriage or delivered to the exhibitor at the booth, then the order can't be canceled.
